Description

What this dataset really covers, published honestly: per-capability availability with how it was verified and when, plus dataset records such as the station list. Nothing here claims 100% coverage.

Errors: 401 for a missing or invalid key, 429 RATE_LIMITED. Use this endpoint to decide whether a capability is trustworthy for your use case before promising anything to your users.
